I like to think I lead a relatively healthy lifestyle. I have my vices, we all do, but on the whole I do ok. I eat pretty well, I don't stress over it too much because I exercise. I exercise so that I can eat what I want. It's a simple equation.
But so much to do with a healthy lifestyle is not to do with whether you eat your five a day, or whether you work out. If you feel good within yourself, you look after yourself.
