Where did that month go? It would seem I have an all or nothing situation going on with this blog! So I'm making February my new January as far as getting my backside in gear goes. I've enrolled on a couple of courses in the vague hope of finding a direction which doesn't solely revolve around washing, cooking, cleaning, you know, all that entails looking after my little family. I am also going to plan out my blog posts. Apparently this is a good thing to do. Sounds pretty organised I must admit. The plan is to do a food/recipe post on Sunday and a crafty post on aThursday. There is the possibility of others slipping in here and there, you never know! And I already know what Sundays post will be too, it's how I make a large roast chicken last for four meals.
