Nice and Easy Lunch

Really Simple Pea and Ham Soup

Because sometimes you don't want to faff around at lunch time but you don't necessarily want a sandwich.
This is mega easy. Done in five minutes. Three ingredients. And probably pretty good for you to boot!

That's what you need. (This serves two by the way)
1 pint stock. I use Marigold Bouillon powder which is like a magic flavour enhancer.
A bag of peas.
Some ham.

Bring your stock to a boil. Add the frozen peas and simmer for five minutes.
Get in there with your stick blender or put it in a liquidizer and wizz it to a soupy consistency, then return it to the heat for a moment and add your ham. I used about 100g. Season to taste and you're done! How easy was that?
